Chris has been Chief Executive of Providence since September 2021. Prior to his current role he held several senior roles in financial services including Chief Executive for Standard Life Middle East, Head of Wealth and Asset Management for the DIFC Authority and Managing Director (Middle East & Africa) for Friends Provident International.
Chris is a Board member of Providence Life and has extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director and Board Adviser.
He has numerous qualifications relevant to his role, including an honours degree in Financial Services, a Master's in Business Administration and is a Chartered Financial Planner (UK).

Kathryn leads the Finance & Treasury function, providing financial insight to the Board alongside production of regular management information and meeting statutory reporting requirements. Kathryn drives the commercial trajectory of key business projects and propositions and has a critical role in managing relationships with external partners.
Prior to Providence, she held various senior finance roles with leading banks in Europe & the Middle East including Santander, Lloyds and HSBC.
Kathryn has a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Finance (Nottingham Trent University, UK) and is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

As a founding member of Providence Life, Leena’s experience covers all aspects of back-office management such as HR, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Administration and Investment/Trading Management. Leena currently manages the team responsible for executing transactions for a wide range of asset classes, with specific responsibility for managing external investment platform relationships and driving forward key strategic projects.
Leena holds numerous qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, including certification in Investment Operation, Combating Financial Crime and Managing Operational Risk. Additionally, she holds the CCL Academy – AML Certificate.

Jasmeen is an HR Generalist with over 15 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, including Friends Provident International where she worked prior to joining Providence in 2021. Her roles have ranged from Customer Services, Office Management to all aspects of HR such as Talent & Reward, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations and HR Operations. As a member of Providence’s Executive Committee, she has specific responsibility for leading the HR strategy & operations.
Jasmeen holds a first-class honours degree in Economics, has completed her level 5 CIPD Diploma and is a qualified Executive Coach. Additionally, she is an NLP Business Practitioner and is accredited by Kornferry in the Hay guide Chart role evaluation methodology.

Tintu’s experience spans more than 14 years of working with general and life insurance products in the B2B and B2C categories. In the Financial Services industry, he has held managerial roles across varied business functions including Business Development & Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Business Projects.
Having joined Providence in 2015, Tintu heads the Proposition and Projects department responsible for the Company’s proposition development, marketing operations and projects-oversight. During his tenure, he has also played a senior role in employee engagement and continues to be involved in influencing change within the Company.
Tintu is a qualified Six Sigma and PRINCE2 practitioner, whilst also holding certifications from APMG and Chartered Insurance Institute.

Since joining Providence in early 2022, Mark’s core responsibility is to lead, develop and empower the Customer Service department to provide the best possible outcomes for Providence customers in terms of service delivery.
He has over 25 years’ experience in leading Customer Service teams in blue chip companies, both in the UK and UAE.
As well has being a qualified underwriter, Mark has a BA in Business Studies and holds several Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications.

Sophia has over 20 years’ of Banking and Insurance expertise covering Corporate, Retail, and Private Banking, across a number of different regulatory jurisdictions including the UK, Jersey, Isle of Man, UAE, DIFC, and Mauritius. She has held roles in financial services companies including Lloyds Bank, Zurich International and HSBC.
Having joined Providence in 2015, Sophia is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework, international standards and best practices applicable to the insurance industry. She is also responsible for the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. A Chartered Fellow of CISI, Sophia has completed a CISI Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance and an Advanced Diploma in Compliance and Financial Crime from Henley Business School.

Michael is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in technical, management and leadership positions. His broad industry experience includes working for global companies in Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Managed Services in both Ireland and the GCC region. Michael strives for process improvement, team empowerment, workplace modernization and security at the enterprise.
Michael joined Providence in 2022 and is responsible for leading the holistic IT function into the next phase in our strategy, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Michael has completed a BBA along with numerous certifications in IT and Management best practices.

Joanne is a Sales and Operations professional with 15 years' domestic and international experience in the Financial Services and Customer Service Retail sectors. Prior to her current role, she held several senior roles in broker firms, life, and investments, including Advisor Support Manager for Standard Life Middle East.
Having joined Providence in 2015, Joanne manages the Global Distribution team that covers all regions of operation from Asia to Europe. Joanne is CISI certified in Securities and Investments.
